Skills:
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ACT! Database or other contact management database is a plus
- Internet browsing/search engines
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Financial services industry experience is preferred
- Retirement plan industry experience a plus


Job Description:
- Project coordinator for client-related reports and Request For Proposals (RFPs)
- Provide proofreading and quality control for all reports/presentations
- Meeting preparation (includes printing and binding reports/presentations)
- Drafting meeting minutes
- Handle incoming client calls
- Preparation of client correspondence
- Assist in the development and preparation of collateral marketing materials
- Oversee firm projects (e.g.: client seminars, developing webcasts, email campaigns, etc)
- Prepare outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain client files (printed and electronic)
- Order office supplies and maintain office equipment (printer, copier, fax)
- Participate in improving overall efficiency of office
