-Can work independently and in a group environment


Job Description:
This position includes front desk reception with multiple phone lines, filing and scanning, assembly of completed tax returns (we will train), customer service (on phone and in person), accounts payable and accounts receivable, multiple / various administrative tasks. It is a busy office with a variety of functions. High level customer service is a priority. Great attitude and attention to detail is critical. This is a permanent, full-time position; health, dental and vision benefits offered after 90 days of full-time employment. Email resume to CPAFirmIrvine@gmail.com.
